The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Place Your Order' on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is £4.95 on orders of £100 or less within the UK mainland.
Delivery is free on all orders over £100 within the UK mainland.
For overseas deliveries, charges will vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select. Any delivery cost refunds will be at the discretion of Ciel Shop.
Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are correct as if they are not, you may incur further charges.

Delivery times
In stock items will normally be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days, postal times will depend on the service you choose and your location. You should however allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Items made to order or back ordered will be delivered when ready, in most cases within 28 days. |
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods once any despatched goods have been received. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Please note that we are only able to accept returns for underwear if the items are either in their original unopened, sealed packaging, or if the items are faulty.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns have to be notified to us in writing within 7 days of despatch, and the goods returned to use safely within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging following the procedure outlined . We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note all Clearance and Sale items are sold as seen and are non returnable, thank you. Please note that for undergarments we can only accept returns that have not been used. Toiletries and cosmetics must be unopened. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Your payment will be processed through secure credit card and bank payment via paypal who are a well known and respected brand in the payments processing industry, and have been for many years. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
